This will also be the largest master-planned community in Madison’s history, a milestone we’re proud to share with the city and future homeowners alike.

Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway echoed this excitement, noting that Hill Valley will play a key role in the city’s Housing Forward initiative.
