Here’s How It Works

  1. Refer a Friend:You must be a current Veridian homeowner or under contract to purchase one.
  2. Eligibility Check: The person you refer must:
    • Not already be in our system (CRM)
    • Not be working with a realtor
  3. They Buy, You Benefit: If your referral enters into a purchase agreement with Veridian Homes within 6 months of your submission, you get the reward.
  4. First to Refer Wins: Only the first person to refer an eligible customer receives the reward.
  5. Limit One Per Referral: No self-referrals, no shared households, no employees or realtors.
