Introducing The Nolen

The Nolen is one of the newest additions to our home plan lineup. Designed for the way people live today, it combines spacious gathering areas, practical storage solutions and flexible spaces that can adapt as your needs change over time.

Inside The Nolen Furnished Model
While every homeowner will personalize The Nolen to fit their own style, our Design Team took a Timeless Traditional approach when creating this furnished model home.
The goal was to create a home that feels welcoming, comfortable and built to stand the test of time.
Throughout the home, you’ll find warm wood tones, layered textures, classic architectural details and a palette of soft neutrals accented with rich greens, plum tones and touches of brass. Traditional furniture silhouettes and thoughtful styling create a sense of comfort and character, while details like millwork, built-ins and fireplaces add warmth and visual interest.
One of our favorite spaces is the great room, where detailed built-ins and a fireplace create a natural gathering place for family and friends. Just beyond, the covered patio extends everyday living outdoors and offers the perfect spot for everything from a quiet morning coffee to summer evenings spent entertaining.
Upstairs, the primary suite was designed to feel like a true retreat, complete with thoughtful details that make it easy to unwind at the end of the day. The finished lower level showcases how flexible this home can be, with additional space for movie nights, guests, hobbies or whatever life calls for next.
