Once you move into a newly built Veridian home or condominium, you’re more than a customer—you’re part of our community. And the Repeat Buyer Program is our way of saying thank you. If you have built or purchased a home with Veridian Homes, you are eligible for a credit towards your next home.

When you purchase your next Veridian home, you’ll receive 2% back—an allowance that can be applied to closing costs or Design Studio selections. This discount is calculated using the total purchase price of a move-in ready home, or the base price of a new build. Plus, all repeat buyers receive first pick of newly released homesites in new phases and new neighborhoods.

*To qualify for the Repeat Buyer Program, a contract must be written on a move-in ready home or build located within a Veridian Homes neighborhood. Must not be working with a real estate broker/agent. The repeat buyer program is intended for primary residence only and does not apply to investment purchases. Veridian Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Repeat Buyer Program at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Such changes may affect eligibility, reward amounts, or any other aspect of the program. Veridian Homes will not be liable for any claims, costs, or damages arising from the modification or discontinuation of the program. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
